Returns and Exchanges
Changed your mind? No problem—items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Online purchases may be returned either through our website or at our retail location. In-store purchases must be returned in person, or you can reach out to us to arrange a return by mail.
Items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in original packaging (if applicable). Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Certain items such as gift cards, personalized (embroidered) products, face masks, hats, isolation gowns, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.
FREE EXCHANGES
We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 and a one-time free exchange. To request a prepaid shipping label for your exchange, please email us at info@mississaugauniforms.com.
For in-store exchanges or returns, feel free to stop by our Mississauga location.
RETURNS
To initiate a return, contact us at info@mississaugauniforms.com. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If you use our prepaid shipping label, a fee of $15.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund. You may also choose to return items using your own shipping method.
